Our mission at Valley Veterinary Clinic is to understand your pet needs and provide accurate guidance and advice. We can help you with numerous concerns, from puppy and kitten advice, to behavioural and dietary consults, to end of life discussions. We can also assist with determining the urgency of a situation and deciding whether your pet requires immediate care or whether you can wait to see your regular veterinarian or alternatively provide some management at home.

About Valley Veterinary Clinic
Valley Veterinary Clinic was started by Dr. Michael Bland in the mid-1980s. He ran his clinic from 120 Hamilton River Road on 1 week per month basis for approximately 10 years. In 1995 Dr. Liesl Bland purchased the clinic from her father and continued to move the practice forward, aiming at full time veterinary care for the Goose Bay area. That goal was accomplished in 2008 when Dr. Rebecca Jackson joined the team. The practice moved to it’s current location, 394 Hamilton River Road in September 2010. Since then we have modernized our clinic by adding in new diagnostic equipment including a digital and dental x-ray unit and all new blood machines. We are very proud of our new modern facility.
In 2018, Dr. Jackson purchased the clinic and expanded it further in 2020 to include a private comfort room, expanded kennel spaces, grooming facility, two U-Bath stations and space for adult obedience classes and puppy classes.

Once in the application, select your preferred communication channel (video, phone, or message) and select an available time slot. For messages, a time slot is not needed and our experts typically respond in 24 hours.
